You'll serve as a trusted, evidence-based consultant, partnering with leadership to foster a thriving culture and achieve strategic goals. You will: Be a strategic HR advisor: Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR plans that support business growth and objectives. Champion employee relations: Resolve complex issues, provide coaching, and promote a positive work environment. Navigate labor relations: Offer guidance on policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements. Drive culture and engagement: Integrate our mission, vision, and values into daily practices. Collaborate for success: Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver value-added solutions. Mentor and develop: Guide HR colleagues as a seasoned professional.
