Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner will create value for the company by partnering with all locations to build a positive culture, support a recruiting/retention plan, implement Affirmative Action Plan (to include diversity and inclusion initiatives), serve as an HR representative, and provide knowledge and support to HR and management. This is a part-time, temporary role. Days and hours will vary.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Department with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the locations with the goals of the organization.
Support the VP, Human Resources and Director of Compensation and Benefits with various initiatives and reporting.
Support locations with recruiting and retention as needed.
Onboard corporate new hires to include new hire paperwork, benefit orientation, and the uploading of company-wide onboarding documents.
Implement all facets of Affirmative Action Plan to include classification, applicant tracking, diversity initiatives, maintaining and coordinating with locations annually, and annual filing.
Attend job fairs and diversity initiatives as needed for each location.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a similar field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in human resources, preferably in recruiting or as a generalist.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws preferred.
