Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000-87,000. This position is also eligible for a Performance Based Annual Bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as jobârelated knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
Job Purpose/Summary
At Compu-Link, HR is a strategic partner to the business – and our HR Business Partners are the key to our organizational effectiveness and overall success. In this role the HRBP will enable organizational performance through aligning business objectives with team members and leaders, deploying HR programs, serving as an organizational design and development consultant, and driving engagement through manager effectiveness. This role will be on-site in our Tulsa office.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Acts as an advisor to assigned business units, to include but not limited to: identifying and addressing human capital needs or challenges, maintaining an effective level of business units’ operations, financials, mid-range plans, etc.
- Acts as a liaison between Business Leaders and Centers of Excellence to execute HR and Business strategies such as: Performance Management, Total Rewards, Succession, Talent Acquisition, Learning, etc.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Role may be responsible for designing and/or delivering Management training to improve overall organizational and manager effectiveness.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Centers of Excellence to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal counsel as needed/required.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred
Experience/Training
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the HR field, primarily focusing on the resolution of complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including performance management, federal and state employment laws, and training.
- Experience within financial industry preferred

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a professional office environment with no unusual hazards. There may be some travel with overnight stays. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
