Lead the evolution and execution of FinishMaster’s HR Analytics strategy. Consult directly with business and HR leaders to identify talent-related challenges and analyze data to develop actionable insights that can help the business mitigate those challenges. Consult with HR leaders to identify and track key metrics and/or KPIs that inform or define individual, operational, and financial performance. Provide subject matter expertise to inform FinishMaster’s various employee surveys’ strategy, design and execution. Partner with HR leaders in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and Total Rewards to inform policy and program decisions that affect all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Lead efforts to identify opportunities for and design statistical models that predict key employee behaviors like performance, retention and mobility. Lead the development of data visualizations using different technological platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau) that demonstrate clear and actionable insights. Analyze data to identify and root cause process inefficiencies, and lead/manage design sessions to identify innovative potential solutions to correct those process inefficiencies. Partner with and coach HR Business Partners and HR leaders to help them understand how to analyze, interpret, and tell stories from data. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field 3+ years of working knowledge and experience with reporting and analyzing data from complex business systems 3+ years of relevant experience, including consulting directly with business leaders at large and complex organizations to solve for talent-related challenges Preferred Qualifications: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills Ability to synthesize complex datasets, create key takeaways & recommendations, and influence by telling a story built on data Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders Strong proficiency in data visualization Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas and theories, in an informative and persuasive manner, to a non-technical audience Experience with Workday reporting and analytics. Advanced experience with one or more of the following tools: SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, OBIEE, or other reporting tools Experience with analytics tools (e.g., R/R Studio, SPSS, SAS).
