**Pay:** Starting at $60,000+ (depending on experience) **Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Hoffman Estates, IL. This role is ideal for seasoned HR professionals with over five years of experience who are looking to leverage their expertise in a hybrid work environment, offering a balance of onsite and remote work.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations. **Primary Job Responsibilities**
• Process payroll through Paychex
• Administer benefits and manage employee relations
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain HRIS systems
• Support new hire onboarding and offboarding
• Manage employee records and policy administration
• Administer leave and workers' compensation
• Provide performance management and recruiting support

Requirements

**Qualifications** • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience processing payroll through Paychex
• Proficiency in benefits administration and employee relations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a corporate/professional office environment preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
