Job Description - HR Generalist

HR Generalist | Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time

One of our clients is hiring an HR Generalist to support a range of people functions across talent management, culture, and internal communications. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure and room to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
- Assisting with recruiting efforts, from coordinating interviews to managing candidate pipelines
- Contributing to performance management processes, including reviews and goal-tracking
- Helping maintain and strengthen company culture through internal programs and communications
- Partnering with managers and employees to handle HR inquiries and ensure a positive workplace experience

What You'll Bring

- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Familiarity with recruiting coordination and talent management processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A people-first mindset and genuine interest in HR as a craft
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Logistics

- Cincinnati, Ohio
- On-site, 5 days per week
- ⏱ Full-time
