A well-established, employee-owned professional services firm is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist II to support a dynamic and growing Boston office. This role is a key member of the HR team, partnering closely with leadership to drive recruiting efforts, maintain compliance, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies
- Track and maintain compliance across mandatory training, certifications, licensure, and employee records
- Oversee immigration tracking and documentation, partnering with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure timely filings and compliance
- Manage employee credentialing and badging requirements for client projects
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Support the execution of core HR programs including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and ensure accuracy of employee data and reporting
- Stay current on employment laws, regulatory changes, and HR best practices to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- 8â12+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to immigration processes and compliance tracking preferred
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, employee-focused approach
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now or similar preferred)

- Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, half-day remote Fridays)
