HR / Payroll

Westborough Country Club is a private member owned country club. We have a full membership and a three year wait to join. We have 85 employees year round and in the summer we have 245 employees. 

This is a part time position reporting to our Controller with flexible hours. . Responsible for overseeing payroll processing, employee records, on-boarding, benefits administration, and general HR support. This part-time position ensures accurate and timely payroll, maintains compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and serves as a resource for employees regarding HR and payroll-related questions.
