HR/Human Resources Manager

HR/Human Resources Manager position for commercial construction company in Boston

This is a permanent, full-time position with a great salary and benefits. 

Responsibilities:

• Review current policies and procedures, and look for areas of improvement


• Work on benefits enrollments


• Support field and office management


• Conflict resolution with employees


• Review workers comp claims and payroll questions and issues


• Assist with hiring and termination

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of HR Management working for a commercial construction company


• 8 or more years of total HR experience working for a commercial construction company


• Stable work-history


• Local


• Familiar with MA Labor Laws. Union, and Prevailing Wage


• Strong education and HR Certifications preferred
