DSRT SURF isn’t a traditional workplace, and we’re not looking for a traditional coordinator.
We’re building a fast-growing surf and hospitality destination in the heart of the Coachella Valley — and we need someone who can keep up. This role sits at the intersection of HR and Sales, providing hands-on administrative support to both the HR Manager and the Director of Sales. If you thrive on variety, move fast, and take pride in keeping things organized and on track, this is your seat.
The Administrative Coordinator will handle recruiting coordination and onboarding follow-up on the HR side, and CRM data entry and back-end administrative support on the Sales side. This is a dual-reporting role, and the right person will be equally comfortable in both worlds.

Current Work Environment
DSRT SURF is currently operating within an active growth and development environment. Team members may occasionally work around changing operational priorities, evolving business needs, events, and active hospitality environments.
Appropriate attire and adherence to all company standards and policies will be required while representing the brand.
Physical Requirements
Compensation
This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position. The anticipated pay range for this role is $22.00 – $26.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
Schedule Expectations
This is a full-time, in-person position. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or events may be required based on business needs.
