Description

Oversee client care and ensure services are provided according to the Plan of Care.
Supervise Home Care Aides and provide guidance, training, and support.
Maintain accurate client and employee records and required documentation.
Monitor schedules, authorizations, case notes, and service delivery.
Conduct client visits and caregiver conferences as required.
Complete and track Critical Event Reports (CERs).
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Provide on-call support and caregiver coverage when needed.
Promote high-quality customer service and teamwork.

Requirements

Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory.
Reports to work on time and as scheduled and completes work within the designated time.
Uses the punch time system correctly.
Maintains client confidentiality at all times.
Cooperates with other staff members and different offices.
Works in the atmosphere of joint effort, solidarity, and support.
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures regarding operations, fire, safety, and infection control.
