Human Resource Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

• Support payroll operations through timecard audits, attendance tracking, payroll reporting, and employee payroll inquiries.
• Train employees on timekeeping procedures, punch codes, and time off requests.
• Assist supervisors and managers with timecard reviews and corrections.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Conduct background checks and employment verification processes.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries.
• Manage HR documentation, compliance tracking, and employee files.
• Support HR projects, initiatives, and company-wide programs.
• Assist with policy communication and employee education efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture.

Required Qualifications: 

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Administration experience.
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.
• Professional, approachable, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
