III. Job Summary
This position
is responsible for performing Human Resources administrative tasks, supporting
employee relations, and ensuring a smooth Human Resources operations across
recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee services.
IV. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Supports the
recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background
checks, and issuing employment contracts
· Organizes and maintains
personnel records and updating internal databases
· Creates and maintains
job descriptions
· Administers employee
benefits programs and answers employee benefit questions
· Processes payroll,
which includes ensuring paid time off is tracked in the system
· Conducts new employee
orientations
· Oversees exit
interviews
· Maintains department
records and reports
· Ensures compliance
with all federal, state, and local employment laws
· Other duties as assigned

VII. Working Conditions / Physical Demands
· Work
is typically performed in a conventional office and/or classroom environment

VI. Education and Experience
· Bachelors
Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
· Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator or a relevant role (3 years min)
· Experience
with human resources software (HRIS) and payroll system
