• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data, including new hire information, job changes, transfers, status updates, pay adjustments, termination and recognition awards. Setups up facility access and print badges. 


• Support the onboarding process by coordinating pre-employment activities, assisting with I-9 completion, coordinating onboarding activities ensuring a smooth and positive first-day experience.


• Assist with recruiting administration, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, booking candidate travel, pre-employment check coordination and supporting career fair workloads.


• Provide administrative support to the learning and development team by managing LMS-related activities, including uploading videos and courses, maintaining user records, assigning training, coordinating onboarding schedules and logistics, running and distributing reports, supporting onsite training logistics, and handling general LMS administrative tasks


• Will create and manage a job description library.


• Will send exit interview materials and catalog the results.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.


• Prepare and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.


• Serves as a backup to the office coordinator covering general office and reception duties in the office coordinator’s absence.


• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including invoice processing, file management, and special projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.


• One to three years of administrative experience in HR required.  Experience in payroll, recruiting or benefits administration experience is a plus.


• Basic understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements


• Experience using an HRIS, LMS, ATS.     UKG and 360 Learning preferred.


• A clean driving record and the ability to drive between locations.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, employees, managers, candidates, and external partners.


• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.

Compensation and Benefits

• This is a administrative level, non-exempt position with a base hourly rate. The pay range is $27.00 to $35.00 per hour and will depend fully upon skills and direct experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements 

This role is typically performed in a professional office environment. The position routinely uses standard office equipment and may require prolonged periods of sitting and standing, working at a computer, and communicating by phone, video, email, and in person.   Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, bend, twist and move items up to 25 lbs. independently as needed.   Must be able to drive between locations.   This is an on-site role based in Centennial Colorado, requiring a 5-day standard workweek.
