In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices, employment law, and workforce strategies while ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs within the assigned region
· Serve as an HR expert by providing guidance on employment law, best practices, and people processes
· Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and communication strategies
· Advise leaders on performance management, including coaching and corrective action processes
· Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution planning
· Deliver and analyze people and culture metrics to support decision-making and strategy development
· Oversee employee engagement surveys and facilitate action planning based on results
· Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive team member experience
· Travel to sites within the assigned region to provide on-site HR support
· Collaborate with leadership on change management and workforce planning initiatives
· Supervise and support HR staff when applicable
· Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred

· Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience preferred

Additional Qualifications:
· Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build relationships with leaders and team members at all levels
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Willingness and ability to travel within the designated region

Physical Requirements
· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
· Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
· Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to meet the physical demands of a sedentary work environment
