Human Resources Manager, Gate City Casino and Sheraton

Overview Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team at Gate City Casino and the Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee team member onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations, and be an important partner for your local and enterprise HR team. The Human Resources Manager will be required to be fully on-site and work between both locations. We offer players slots and video gaming machines, table games, poker rooms and tournaments, mobile sports betting, full-service restaurants, and own and operate the Sheraton hotel located nearby. Responsibilities Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Hospitality or gaming experience strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Independent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to obtain a New Hampshire gaming license Physical Requirements The Human Resources Manager will be required to be fully on-site and work between Gate City Casino and The Sheraton. The Sheraton is located at 11 Tara Blvd, Nashua, NH 03062. This will be the main office for the HR Manager. The position is generally normal business hours but does require flexibility for occassional nights and weekends.
