HVAC (air-side) Estimator/Preconstruction

HVAC (air-side) Estimator/Preconstruction position in Orange County, CA

We are a large, growing mechanical contractor in Southern California.  We are hiring for a HVAC Estimator to join our team.  This is a permanent position with an extensive salary and benefits package. 

Responsibilities:

• Build accurate materials and labor takeoffs for current and upcoming projects


• Work with Quickpen/Accubid


• Meet with general contractors and owners frequently to discuss upcoming projects


• Work internally with purchasing and estimating teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC-Air-side Estimating experience for medium to large commercial projects


• Local to Orange County, CA


• Stable work-history


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to thrive in a growing and fast-paced working environment
