Join one of Ohio's largest and fastest-growing residential home-services companies. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you help homeowners make confident decisions about replacing their HVAC systems, with guidance, not pressure.
What you'll do
Run pre-qualified in-home appointments, assess comfort needs, present system options and financing, and close replacements with an education-first approach.
What we're looking for
In-home sales pros, ideally with HVAC or home-services experience. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset. A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record. Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation
$90,000 to $200,000 per year, with top advisors earning up to $300,000 (base plus commission).
