We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions. Whether you’re an experienced in-home sales professional or a confident HVAC technician ready to transition into sales, this is an opportunity to grow your career and earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually.

What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and present recommended solutions.
Deliver professional, engaging in-home sales presentations.
Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.
Close sales and help customers choose the best solutions for their homes.
Follow up consistently with customers and maintain strong relationships.
Work leads generated through our in-house marketing team, repeat customers, referrals, and personal prospecting.
Manage your schedule and sales opportunities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of sales experience.
Strong in-home presentation, communication, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
An outgoing personality and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
A customer-first mindset built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Flexibility to meet customers on their schedules.
A valid driver's license.
HVAC experience is a plus, especially for technicians interested in transitioning into a sales career.
