What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.


• Design customized HVAC replacement solutions based on comfort, efficiency, and budget.


• Educate customers on equipment options, warranties, financing, and available rebates.


• Perform your own pre-site inspections, verifying measurements, equipment locations, ductwork, electrical requirements, and installation details before the project is sold.


• Prepare accurate proposals and confidently ask for the sale.


• Work closely with our installation team to ensure every job is set up for success.


• Follow up with customers before, during, and after installation to deliver an exceptional experience.


• Maintain organized customer records and timely communication.


• Consistently produce $100,000+ in HVAC equipment sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience selling residential HVAC replacement systems.


• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to perform detailed pre-site inspections independently.


• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.


• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
