We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Commercial HVAC
Construction Sales Representative to grow our commercial mechanical
construction business. This individual will be responsible for developing new
business, establishing relationships with general contractors and commercial
owners, identifying upcoming construction opportunities, and securing
profitable HVAC installation contracts.
Our project focus includes retail tenant upfits, grocery stores, office
renovations, tenant improvements, commercial build-outs, and ground-up
commercial construction.
We are looking for a sales professional who understands the commercial
construction process, can identify projects early, develop competitive HVAC
proposals, and turn opportunities into profitable awarded contracts. The ideal
candidate is a self-starter who can build a strong network of general
contractors, developers, owners and construction managers while working closely
with our estimating and operations teams.
Work schedule

- Monday to Friday
