Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Replace Systems
• Install IAQ products
• Ensure timely completion of service requests
• Provide solutions to customer issues by offering our products and services
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Service Technician
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Clean Driving Record
