HVAC Estimator (air-side)

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage multiple jobs.


• Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, engineers, and estimating team on identifying changes or modifications for estimates.

Requirements:

• Title 24 and OSHPD knowledge


• 4+ years of Estimating field experience working on large commercial HVAC projects: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar


• Strong technical skillset working with MS Excel, Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, other estimating software knowledge is a plus.
