Pay Rate: $105,000 - $115,000 + Bonus up to $15K

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule service technicians for repairs and maintenance.
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  
• Act as the primary customer contact, addressing service needs and concerns.
  
• Train and mentor technicians, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
  
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and identify service opportunities.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs 50Tons + and split systems.
  
• EPA Certification required.
  
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug testing.
  
• Leadership, scheduling, and team management skills.
  
• Lift 75 lbs, work at heights, and operate tools safely.
