HVAC Installer

Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.

Job Description: 

The HVAC Installer will install various HVAC systems. The HVAC installer will inspect the current equipment, find defects in the device and report any discrepancies. The HVAC installer will be reading blueprints. The HVAC Installer must be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Your essential daily duty is to provide guidance and work within a team environment.  

Job Requirements: 

• High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent  
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Vocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program 
• Current HVAC technical license preferred but not required 
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating 
• Ability to work in confined spaces 
• Reliable and self-motivated 
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills  

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift 50lbs 
• Must be able to work from a ladder 
• Any other duties as assigned 

Essential functions: 

• Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current HVAC system 
• Install ventilation, air conditioning systems and equipment 
• Diagnose HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects 
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources 
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA 
• Participate in all technical training 
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements  

Salary Based on Experience

• Level 1: $17-$22
• Level 2: $22-$26
• Level 3: $26-$30
• Hiring Manager will determine your level based off experience, skillset, and knowledge
