HVAC Service Manager

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day service operations, manage and mentor technicians, coordinate scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and service protocols. Experience & Education

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate’s degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
• Valid HVAC license or certification (as required by state or local regulations).
• EPA  608 certification.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service procedures, and industry best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively.
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency service calls when needed.
