💰 Pay & Schedule

• $30–$42/hour


• SPIFFs and performance bonuses available


• Monday–Friday schedule


• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems


• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system evaluations


• Clearly explain repair options and system performance to customers


• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every call


• Communicate with dispatch for efficient routing and job updates


• Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience


• EPA Universal Certification


• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record


• Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing


• Willingness to obtain NATE certification within 1 year (we support you)
