We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential heating and cooling systems. This position primarily handles residential service calls while also assisting with maintenance and installations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Install heating and cooling equipment as needed
• Perform system inspections and safety testing
• Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns
• Re-check repairs and installations before leaving the job site
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization
• Follow company safety standards and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass random drug testing
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
• Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
