Job Description - HVAC Tech Mountain City, GA $30/HR

HVAC Technician

We are looking to hire a detail -oriented HVAC Technician to install,

maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC Technician will be skilled

in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and

advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system

to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality

systems from installation to end -of -life by performing maintenance,

warranty and emergency repairs.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and

comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient,

and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Commercial 5 years HVAC Experience required

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Â· Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air

conditioning systems and equipment.

Â· Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

Â· Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Â· Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing

warranty services.

Â· Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Â· Providing technical direction and on -the -job training.

Â· Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Â· Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with

Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Â· Complying with service standards, work instructions and

customers' requirements.

Â· Assisting with customers' queries.

Requirements

HVAC Technician Requirements:

Â· 1 years experience as a HVAC Technician

Â· High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.

Â· Clean driving record

Â· Valid driver’s license.

Â· Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning,

refrigeration and heating.

Â· Working knowledge of boiler systems.

Â· Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in

line with HVAC protocols.

Â· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Â· Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.

Â· Ability to work in confined spaces.
