HVAC Technician – Dallas

ABOUT US:

MechaSense is a Dallas-based startup company built from the ground-up to disrupt a legacy industry.  We have developed a patented technology to monitor and predict problems for your home or business AC system. We integrate our platform with AC contractors to provide a seamless service experience for consumers and saving money for both parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Install and configure MechaSense's residential and commercial monitoring devices in the field.

-          Train customer field techs to install and configure HVACIntel products.

-          Plan and conduct field testing of current and new product offerings – provide reports of feedback to the entire team.

-          Optimize field installation process and propose modifications to the process.

-          Lead sales expansion and forecasting efforts with existing customers.

-          Propose new technology or product enhancements based on field feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-          Engineering degree, military training, or certification in HVAC systems

-          Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.

-          Customer focused, innovative and entrepreneurial.
