We own everything we manage (no contracts to lose or inconsistent in workflow). The company was established over 40 years ago and has never sold any of our properties. What do our HVAC Technician do?

Our mechanics go into our resident's homes to repair/install Residential Heating and Air-conditioning systems/components.

Consistency:

This is a full-time job only executing work at the properties we own in New Castle County. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are an incredibly stable and consistent company with 100% full-time/year-round work.

What do you need?

Minimum 2 years of experience as a HVAC Technician

Relevant licenses and certifications

Valid driver's license, clean driving record and working vehicle for transportation to work

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Clean and neat appearance

Strong customer service and communication skills

Hard-working and motivated attitude
