Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting and repair of residential HVAC systems
• Be responsible for sales results and setting replacement leads with the utmost integrity
• Install components in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding their service needs and provide recommendations for follow-up service or upgrades
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs for billing and warranty purposes
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations on the job site

Requirements

• Comfort and ability to sell products and services
• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
