HVAC Technician and Sales

Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales & Lead Technician to join our growing team.  This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical skills with excellent customer service and sales ability.

You will be responsible for diagnosing HVAC systems, presenting repair and replacement options.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, HVAC systems


• Present repair and replacement option to customers


• Generate and close sales opportunities


• Lead and manage assigned jobs


• Maintain accurate documentation 


• Provide outstanding customer service


• Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience preferred


• Strong communications and sales skills


• EPA Certification


• Valid Arizona drivers license


• Ability to work independently


• Professional appearance and attitude
