Role Summary
Our client is a leading HVAC services organization based in Spring, Texas. They are seeking a leader who can ensure high-quality installations, maintenance, and repair services. The role is responsible for overseeing workflow, providing technical guidance, and driving customer satisfaction across residential and commercial projects.
Mandatory Requirements
Overall experience range: 3 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or Lead Technician role.
Valid EPA Universal Certification and a current Texas TDLR Technician or Contractor License.
Expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and high-efficiency air conditioning units.
Must have experience in: Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC, HVAC, and Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers).
Must hold AABC or NEBB certification.
MUST-HAVE INDUSTRIES: Candidates must have experience working in one or more of the following industries: Construction – Specialty Trades – Mechanical / HVAC, HVAC, Manufacturing – HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers)
Compensation Details
Salary: USD $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations, ensuring high standards for installations, maintenance, and repair services.

Train and mentor junior technicians in technical competencies, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, providing technical explanations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of overall professional experience.
Employment Stability: Minimum tenure of 1 year per employer.
Required Education / Specialization
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. ("Nice to have")
