You\u2019ll work closely with Manufacturing, Process Development, Industrial Engineering, and Operations to improve cycle time, throughput, and redundancy while supporting ambitious program timelines. Your work directly influences fab performance and development success.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Identify and resolve systemic Diffusion and Implant area issues affecting throughput, cycle time, and operational risk\n\n * Drive area performance using clear metrics, risk assessments, and data-informed capital decisions\n\n * Partner with Industrial Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Operations to evaluate capacity scenarios and mitigation plans\n\n * Lead safety and quality efforts including audits, good catches, and human QDR follow-up\n\n * Analyze operational data to communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities\n\n * Through strong leadership, successfully collaborate with stakeholders to drive projects, lead strategic meetings and drive capacity management\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain\n\n * Minimum 2+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment capacity planning or area process engineering\n\n * Strong knowledge of fab operations, capacity planning, floor scheduling, and line management systems\n\n * Proven ability to prioritize and continuously learn in a dynamic environment\n\n * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience supporting Diffusion and/or Implant processes\n\n * Experience developing or deploying area-level operational management tools or techniques\n\n * Background validating planning assumptions or supporting area-level strategic planning\n\n * Experience driving consistent manufacturing procedures across cross-functional teams\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nManufacturing Engineer 3 - Manufacturing Engineer 4\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
