Hybrid Assembler A

• Perform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work procedures
• Align components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturing
• Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to "work in progress" work centers as per Traveler instructions
• Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures
• Maintains clean and safe work environment
• Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work
• Perform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of Environmental operations.

· Knowledge of fine and gross leak testing.

· Tackweld, pre-pind testing and Particle impact noise detection (PIND).

· Temp Cycling and Centrifuge of Micro-Electronic packages and assemblies.

· Loading of vacuum ovens and Hermetic Lid sealing.
