The Disability Inclusion Consultant is responsible for advancing a culture of inclusion and belonging across the organization, with a focus on supporting caregivers—employees who provide care for others both within and outside the organization. This role drives enterprise-wide initiatives that align with organizational strategy, enhance caregiver engagement, and position the organization as a leader in inclusive workplace practices.

Position Details:

Qualifications
•    Experience in employee support, inclusion, program management, or related strategic roles.
•    Ability to demonstrate leadership in complex environments and drive organizational changes.
•    Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (written and/or verbal).
•    Commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all employees, including those with disabilities.
•    Experience or ability to build and manage external partnerships
