Schedule: Monday–Thursday

McLean County Dental is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice in Bloomington, Illinois. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and is willing and able to work Monday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate will be a positive team player who communicates effectively, builds strong relationships with patients, and works collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team. Responsibilities:

  Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care

  
  


• 
  

  Perform dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and patient assessments

  
  


• 
  

  Take dental X-rays as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Educate patients about oral health and recommended treatment

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and complete patient records

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all infection-control and safety procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to ensure high-quality care

  
  


• 
  

  Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and team-focused environment

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active Illinois dental hygiene license

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and patient-care skills

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

  
  


• 
  

  Ability and willingness to work Monday through Thursday

  
  


•
