Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Hyundai factory standards
- Accurately troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and driveability concerns
- Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs efficiently and correctly
- Document all work performed clearly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform quality pictures and videos for multi-point inspections
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current with Hyundai technical training, bulletins, and repair procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hyundai factory training and/or Hyundai certification required
- Previous experience as an automotive service technician (Hyundai dealership experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
