IBM Maximo Project Manager/Solution Architect

• Responsible for providing Maximo Application Suite Implementation consulting services to various clients, working alone or a part of the implementation team
  
• Executes requirement discovery workshops and documents requirements for Maximo Application Suite Implementation.
  
• Lead the functional design processes
  
• Collaborates with Maximo Technical Consultants and Analysts to ensure Requirements and converted into Technical Specifications
  
• Liaise/lead with the test team and run the User Acceptance Test
  
• Create training documents and deliver training (Super User/End User training)
  
• Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions on Maximo Application Suite
  
• Design end -to -end architectures for Maximo Application Suite implementations, Solution rollouts to different regions.
  
• Guide the implementation of Maximo configurations, workflows, and customizations.
  
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems (e.g., SAP, Tririga, BIM, CAD etc..).
  
• Evaluate and recommend best practices for process implementation (Work Management, Asset Management, Energy Management) in Maximo
  
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and provide architectural governance
  

Requirements

• 10 -12 years’  Maximo Functional experience
  
• 4 -5  full cycle implementation of IBM Maximo asset management solution.
  
• Strong Functional implementation expertise in Maximo Application Suite 8.x/9.x
  
• Maximo Mobile and MAS Health implementation experience
  
• Project Management experience for Maximo implementations. Experienced in project managing and delivering large scale Maximo implementation Cloud based solution
  
• IBM Certified Functional Analyst Maximo Application Suite
