ICU Charge Nurse (RN) Full -Time | Days | Leadership Opportunity

accredited acute care hospital in Russellville, AL to recruit an experienced
and compassionate ICU Charge Nurse.

Position Summary

As the ICU Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical
leadership during assigned shifts by coordinating patient care, delegating
duties, supporting staff, and ensuring high -quality, age -appropriate care. This
role serves as a key clinical resource while promoting accountability,
teamwork, and excellent patient outcomes.

Schedule: Full -Time | Days

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate
  and oversee patient care during assigned shifts
  
• Serve
  as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
  
• Delegate
  responsibilities and ensure quality patient outcomes
  
• Assess
  patient care needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions
  
• Promote
  a collaborative, patient -centered care environment
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Current
  Alabama RN license required; BSN preferred
  
• Previous
  Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred
  
• Strong
  knowledge of ICU, triage, and urgent care practices
  
• Case
  management or outpatient experience is a plus
  
• Excellent
  communication and leadership skills
  
• Ability
  to complete hospital -based ACLS and PALS within one year of employment
