Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Crofton, KY location. In this leadership role, you’ll assist the Store Manager in running a smooth, customer-focused store while helping to train, lead, and inspire a great team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of operations including inventory, scheduling, and team development
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a welcoming store environment
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety standards, and merchandising displays
• Help manage cash handling procedures and daily financial tasks
• Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is off-duty
• Coach team members to meet sales and service goals
• Uphold Ideal Market’s values of integrity, reliability, and community

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in retail, convenience, or food service (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for teamwork
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Dependable and organized with attention to detail
• Must be 20 or older
