Job Description - Immediate Hire - Wireless / Customer Support Specialist

Zenith Management Inc. is a new local firm here in the Roanoke area. We are looking for both a Customer Support Specialist as well as a potential leader that is motivated by growth and management opportunities. We start all of our Customer Support Specialists at the entry-level position and require that they hold every position of every person they will be managing. This ensures that only the best is managing the campaigns within our organization.

Job Description

  • Assist customers directly with sales transactions, product selection, and promotional event information
  • Train with a personalized trainer on business development, product information, and marketing strategy
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and offer exceptional customer service at every opportunity
  • Participate in collaborative learning by being present at office meetings, Zoom calls, and providing constructive feedback from personal experience with working with various clients. 
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and professional goals
  • Knowledgeable about our clients and their campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and team member
