Position Summary: The Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring a successful new client experience and technical implementation by providing end-to-end oversight of Level 1-4 Client Implementations. The role will also engage in additional internal project planning, project implementations, and roll outs. Education, Knowledge, and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited four-year college or university Applicable work experience of 5+ years related to Project Management with a background in Human Resources and/or HR Systems Management - May consider candidates without a degree given applicable experience requirements are met CAPM/PMP Certification a plus Payroll processing experience preferred Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Project Management Tools, and HRP/PrismHR or other related HRIS Software Potential Travel up to 10% Key Competencies: Acts consistently with the company’s values, mission, and pillars Understands the EmPower HR business model and is able to learn how that connects to the clients’ businesses Displays a positive attitude with a strong desire to become an expert in creating the absolute best client experiences Approachable and able to successfully build relationships with a variety of people Facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals and is committed to servant leadership Provides stellar service to clients and internal staff by being timely, responsive, accurate, and thorough in all written, verbal, and presentation communications Comfortable with ambiguity; can effectively cope with change, shift gears easily, and adapt according to business or client needs Manages complex situations by asking the right questions, utilizing resources, and gathering data to triage and solve problems Makes sound decisions even in the absence of complete information Utilizes logical and critical thinking to monitor client risks and take effective action Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail Possesses strong time management and prioritization skills Core Implementation Accountabilities: Design, host, and present system demos to educate prospective clients on company services and technology offerings Drive a standard, measurable and effective implementation process for client company setups, acquisitions, mergers, system modules, and additional business growth needs Understand the importance of client confidentiality and maintaining the integrity of data in Human Resource Systems Responsible for internal team collaboration for a seamless delivery of dependable, accurate, timely and easy-to-use services Communicate through daily and regularly scheduled touch bases with client contacts on implementation details, requirements, and deadlines Consistently consult throughout implementations to advise on opportunities, efficiencies, and best practices for optimal experiences Identify, report, resolve, and prevent key implementation challenges Troubleshoot, identify, test, and correct technical issues Collaborate and direct team members as needed to ensure success on all tasks for completion Train internal and client users on systems and processes for continued success when transitioned to operations Monitor and document lessons learned throughout implementation for immediate and long-term process improvements Ensure that all implementation related documents are up to date and in effective use Maintain curiosity to learn and become an expert on multiple technical platforms
