In Home Caregiver

JOB SUMMARY

Senior Helpers is looking for an In-Home Caregiver to join our dynamic and expert care team! We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced person to provide superior care and assistance in our client’s home, while improving their quality of life and promoting a safe environment for our clients

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a part-time, hourly position offering a competitive wage with opportunity for overtime. Compensation is $17 - $20 per hour, paid on biweekly basis.

You will have access to Tap Check which allows for Same Day Pay after you work your first shift!

We also offer the following: PTO, 401(k), referral bonus and paid training

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily support services with transferring/ Mobility, Toileting, personal hygiene, grooming and dressing.
• Record accurate notes, and changes if condition.
• Provide companionship
• Document changes of condition
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as Clean the bathroom, empty the trash, make the bed and more.

Schedule
Monday-Friday/Weekends. We have Morning/Afternoon and evening shifts available

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to clearly communicate and follow directions
• Positive attitude and a compassionate nature
• Ability to provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
• Valid ID, reliable vehicle and the age of 18+
• Background check is required
