As a In Home Sales Manager is a sales position managing the service techs and you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

• Prior experience as a Sales Representative or in Home Sales Rep/Manager
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Dependable self-starter, motivated
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Service Titan software
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
• Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
• Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.

• Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In Home Sales Rep/Manager
• 2+ years of sales experience:
• Proficient Service Titan software is a plus
• Goal and Results Driven
• Strong leadership and management skills

Benefits:

• Compensation: $60,000- $70,000 (DOE) plus bonus structure pay out
