• Welcome families and greet guests in the lobby and provide friendly, consistent customer service.

• Provide informative and friendly assistance with the check-in process.

• Always maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and anticipate guest needs

proactively.

• Offer expert knowledge about our resort amenities and local attractions.

• Enter tour guest information into the computer accurately and quickly.

• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours.

• Assist sales departments when needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Must have the ability to establish rapport with guests and project an outgoing, welcoming personality.
