Inbound Call Center Assistant

We're looking for an Inbound Call Center Associate to join our team in Jersey City. No cold calling, no sales pressure — this is purely inbound. You'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they need help, and you'll be the reason they hang up feeling sorted.

If you're a good communicator, stay calm under pressure, and actually enjoy helping people, this one's for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Answering inbound calls from customers and resolving queries efficiently
• Listening to customer concerns and providing clear, helpful solutions
• Logging call details and updating customer records accurately
• Escalating complex issues to the right team when needed
• Following up on open cases to make sure customers aren't left hanging
• Meeting call quality and response time targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong verbal communication skills — clear, confident, and easy to understand
• Ability to stay patient and professional, even on tough calls
• Good multitasker — comfortable talking and typing at the same time
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Basic computer literacy
• Right to work in the United States

No prior call center experience needed. We'll train you on everything.

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk

SCHEDULE

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts available across mornings, afternoons, and evenings — some weekend availability may be required.
