Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Independent Handyman to join our team in Manhattan, NY. As an Independent Handyman, you will represent Nandail Property Management by performing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry, including rough and finish work
• Upgrade and remodel bathrooms and kitchens
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Repair, patch, and caulk drywall
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Repair and install flooring
• Conduct general home repairs and maintenance
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Proven experience as a handyman
• Skilled in using various hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Mechanical aptitude; contractor or journeyman license is a plus
