Indications and Warnings (I&W) Analyst

The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.

*This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance*

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous support for time-sensitive global Indications and Warning (I&W), current intelligence products, briefings, threat assessments, warnings, and notifications.


• Serve as the JSOTF intelligence representative during non-duty hours in support of 24/7 rotational shift operations.


• Conduct direct liaison and coordination with the Intelligence Community, Combatant Commands, and senior leadership.


• Function as a Joint Operations Center Intelligence Analyst and deploy in support of JSOTF operations as required.


• Participate in professional development, training, and deployment preparation activities.


• Accomplish assigned special projects and tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required.


• Proficient utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development. 


• Must possess strong briefing and writing skills to articulate complex information in cogent, concise manner.


• Strong backgrounds required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, and HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis. SOF and or CT intelligence experience and/or previous l&W Watch experience is desirable.
